HOLDEN+BOLSTER is a separate legal entity from the other members ~ both overseas and here in Australia.   The registered entity name is Holden & Bolster Avenir Pty Limited.

Our financial planning division operates through Holden & Bolster Financial Solutions Pty Limited, it is a separate legal entity to the accountancy firm.  Holden & Bolster Financial Solutions Pty Limited is an Authorised Representative of Securitor Financial Group Limited (AFSL 240687).
